- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vegetable olive oil blend
- 1/2 tsp tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 pinch kosher salt
- 2 pinch ground cumin
- 2 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Trim and slice chicken breasts into 4 oz. portions. Set chicken aside.
- Combine all other ingredients. Whisk until well blended.
- Place chicken with marinade in covered nonreactive (non-metal) shallow pan or sealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight, turning twice while marinating.
- Preheat char-grill to medium or flat-top griddle to 350 F.
- Drain chicken. Discard marinade.
- Cook chicken 5 minutes. Turn chicken over. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F and juices run clear, 4 to 6 minutes.
