Ingredients
- Spicy Pear Plum Sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup plum sauce*
- 1 medium fresh pear cored and sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp green onion trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1-3 dash Sriracha hot sauce to taste
- Slurry Ingredients
- 2 1/4 tsp water
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions
Make a slurry
- Combine slurry ingredients. Whisk until well blended.
Spicy Pear Plum Sauce
- In stockpot over medium-high heat, bring sauce ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat.
- Whisk in slurry. Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Reduce heat. Simmer 2 minutes.
- Cover. Keep hot for service or use as directed in recipe.
