
Chia and Berry Pots
Great for breakfast, a snack, or dessert, these tasty and fiber-packed chia puddings feature fresh berries, toasted almonds, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a touch of honey.
Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tsp honey
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2/3 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup raspberries
Instructions
- Mix the chia seeds, almond milk, 2 tsp honey, and cinnamon together until combined. Store in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 325 F.
- Mix the pumpkin seeds, almonds, and remaining honey (1 tsp) together. Lay on a roasting sheet. Roast in the oven for 8 minutes until golden.
- Portion chia puddings into 4 servings. Top each with 1/4 of the fresh berries and toasted nuts.
