Chia and Berry Pots
Great for breakfast, a snack, or dessert, these tasty and fiber-packed chia puddings feature fresh berries, toasted almonds, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a touch of honey.

Mix the chia seeds, almond milk, 2 tsp honey, and cinnamon together until combined. Store in the fridge overnight.
Preheat the oven to 325 F.
Mix the pumpkin seeds, almonds, and remaining honey (1 tsp) together. Lay on a roasting sheet. Roast in the oven for 8 minutes until golden.
Portion chia puddings into 4 servings. Top each with 1/4 of the fresh berries and toasted nuts.
