This dressing is featured with our Soba Noodle Salad...but it's so good you can put it on anything - salad, tofu, chicken, you name it! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp carrot trimmed and shredded or grated
- 1 1/2 Tbsp water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice fresh
- 1 Tbsp green onion trimmed and thinly sliced, scallion
- 1 tsp ginger fresh, peeled and minced or grated
- 1/4 tsp honey
- 1 clove garlic peeled and minced
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp canola oil
- 3/4 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
- In blender, combine first 9 ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- With blender running, slowly add oils in a thin, steady stream until well blended.
- Serve immediately or store in airtight container in refrigerator.
