Pico de Gallo

Fresh blend of plum tomato, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro and garlic
- 1 lb tomatoes diced (2 large or 3 medium-sized)
- 1/4 cup yellow onion diced
- 2 Tbsp jalapeno chili seeded, minced
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp cliantro chopped
- 1 tsp garlic cloves peeled, minced
- Combine all ingredients. Toss to mix.
- Cover and keep chilled until ready to serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips or spoon it on tacos, burritos or quesadillas.
