Ingredients
- 3/4 cup farro cooked
- 2 ounces strawberries stems removed, sliced 1/4"
- 1 ounce blueberries
- 1 ounce feta cheese crumbled
- 1 ounce kale chopped
- 1/2 ounce red onion trimmed, diced 1/4"
- 1 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
