
Fire and Ice Melon Salad
A sweet‑and-spicy refresher for hot summer days, this salad features a medley of fresh melon, mango, and grapes tossed with fiery jalapeno peppers, cilantro, lime juice, and ginger.
Ingredients
- ½ cup cantaloupe diced
- ½ cup watermelon diced
- ½ cup honeydew diced
- ⅓ cup mango diced
- ¼ cup grapes halved
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp jalapeño diced
- 1 tsp cilantro chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger grated
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Toss to mix.
- Cover. Keep chilled for at least 30 minutes prior to serving to allow flavors to mingle.
