- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 ounce chia seeds
- 4 ounces strawberries remove stems, thinnly slice 1/8"
- 1 tsp honey optional
- Toast bread.
- Spread yogurt on toast. Top with chia seeds and strawberries. Drizzle honey if desired.
