Shrimp sauteed with lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic, and other seasonings. Cook and serve chilled on cucumber rounds for a party.

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp dark chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp hot red pepper flakes or to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic peeled and minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 lb raw shrimp 31/40 count peeled and deveined

Instructions
- In mixing bowl, combine oil and seasonings. Add shrimp and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- In sauté pan over medium-high heat, add the shrimp.
- Sauté until shrimp are opaque in center, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
