Roasted mojo marinated turkey breast

Ingredients
- 3 lbs turkey breast boneless, skin on, thawed
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh garlic peeled, minced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for marinade/dressing. Whisk until well blended.
- Combine turkey and dressing. Turn to coat. Place turkey with marinade in covered nonreactive shallow pan or sealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight, turning twice while marinating.
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- On rack in shallow roasting pan, place turkey skin side up.
- Bake until internal temperature reaches 165 F, 1 ½ to 2 hours.
- Let rest 30 minutes before slicing.
