
Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Rich, dark chocolate blended with fresh avocado, oat milk, and orange juice.
Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh, ripe avocado pitted and peeled (about 1 cup flesh)
- 6 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 3 oz dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In food processor, combine avocado, sugar, orange juice, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- Over a double boiler, combine oat milk and chocolate. Melt together until combined and smooth.
- Add chocolate ganache to the avocado mix in blender, blend until combined and smooth.
- Cover and chill.
