Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 6 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup low-fat granola
- 8 oz blueberries fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Combine milk, yogurt, honey and salt. Whisk until well blended.
- Fold in oatmeal and chia seeds until well combined. Cover. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with granola and blueberries.
