- 2 oz red onion trimmed and sliced 1/8"
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves minced
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
