Ingredients
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp dried chili flakes more or less to taste
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp lime zest
- 1/2 Tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp oregano

Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients until combined.
- Add desired protein to marinade and allow to sit and flavor to marinate in 4 hours to overnight, maintaining food safe temperatures. Cook as desired to finished food temperature. Yields marinade for approximately 2lbs protein.
- Great to use for Fajitas, Tex mex style salads or grilled chicken breast.
