Ingredients
- 32 oz canned low sodium chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained, rinsed and patted dry (about 2 cans)
- 2 tsp olive or canola oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In bowl, toss dry chickpeas with oil and remaining ingredients.
- On sheet pan, spread spiced beans in single layer. (Optional: Coat sheet pan with cooking spray.)
- Put chickpeas in hot oven. Bake until crispy, 40 to 45 minutes. Remove and let cool. Serves about 8 people.
