canned low sodium chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
drained, rinsed and patted dry (about 2 cans)

olive or canola oil

kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

ground coriander

ground cumin

smoked paprika

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In bowl, toss dry chickpeas with oil and remaining ingredients.
On sheet pan, spread spiced beans in single layer. (Optional: Coat sheet pan with cooking spray.)
Put chickpeas in hot oven. Bake until crispy, 40 to 45 minutes. Remove and let cool. Serves about 8 people.
