Chicken & Chickpea Shawarma

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine chicken, 1-2 Tbsp Shawarma Spice, first amount of oil. Toss to mix.
  • On a sheet pan coated with cooking spray, place chicken in a single layer. Bake until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and juices run clear, 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from pan. Dice chicken 1/2"
  • In sauté pan, over medium-high heat, heat second amount of oil. Add beans. Sauté until golden brown, 5-8 minutes.
  • Add chicken, 1-2 Tbsp Shawarma Spice, lemon juice, and green onion. Toss to mix and serve.
