Ingredients
- 1/2 bag tortilla chips unsalted (about 8 oz)
- 1/2 can chili beans low sodium (about 7.5 oz)
- 1 bag Morningstar Farms® sausage-style crumbles (13.5 oz)
- 1 pkg shredded mozzarella cheese reduced sodium (8 oz)
- 1 ea fresh tomato diced
Instructions
- Spread tortilla chips out evenly on large serving plate.
- Combine sausage-style crumbles and chili beans in a pot and cover with a lid. Heat over medium-high heat until it simmers and heat for 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for an additional 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Ladle crumbles and bean mixture over tortilla chips. Top with shredded cheese and diced tomatoes. Share and enjoy!
