  1. Spread tortilla chips out evenly on large serving plate.
  2. Combine sausage-style crumbles and chili beans in a pot and cover with a lid. Heat over medium-high heat until it simmers and heat for 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for an additional 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Ladle crumbles and bean mixture over tortilla chips. Top with shredded cheese and diced tomatoes. Share and enjoy!
