Ingredients
Honey Peanut Dressing
- 1 1/2Tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 1/2Tbsp honey
- 2 1/4tsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 1/4tsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 2 1/4tsp sesame oil
- 1/8tsp dark chili powder
- 1pinch kosher salt
Spaghetti
- 2lbs spaghettiwhole grain/wheat, cooked according to box
- 3Tbsp cucumberpeeled, seeded, cut
- 3Tbsp carrottrimmed, cut
- 3Tbsp dry roasted and salted peanutschopped
- 1 1/2Tbsp red pepperseeded, cut
- 1Tbsp green onion (scallions)trimmed, sliced
Instructions
Honey Peanut Dressing
- Combine all ingredients. Whisk until well blended.
Spaghetti
- Combine all ingredients with Honey Peanut Dressing. Toss to mix.
