Banana Strawberry Smoothie (single serving)
- 1 Cup Ice Cubes
- 1 Cup Apple Juice
- ½ Cup Slices Bananas, peeled and sliced
- ½ Cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Combine ice, apple juice, banana, and strawberries, in that order, in a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
