Southwest Sauteed Shrimp
Shrimp sauteed with lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic, and other seasonings. Cook and serve chilled on cucumber rounds for a party.
Servings 12 servings approx. 3 shrimp per serving

In mixing bowl, combine oil and seasonings. Add shrimp and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
In sauté pan over medium-high heat, add the shrimp.
Sauté until shrimp are opaque in center, 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
