  • Preheat oven to 400⁰F.
  • Prick sweet potatoes with fork. Place on oven rack. Bake until fork tender, about 45 minutes. Cool slightly and remove skins.
  • In food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth (add a little water if it’s too thick). Place in serving dish and sprinkle with black sesame seeds or chopped fresh parsley. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
