A versatile and delicious spice blend that can be used on meats, seafood, veggies and tofu.
- 2 Tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Mix all spices until well blended.
- Store in air-tight container in dry place.
