These delectable multi-grain waffles from our partners at Bob's Red Mill are easy to make and incredibly delicious! Whole wheat flour, flaxseed meal, and corn flour provide taste, texture and nutrition.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill® corn flour or organic corn flour
- 1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill® whole wheat flour or organic whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill® organic brown flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil neutral-tasting oil
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine flours and flaxseed meal. Mix in baking powder, sea salt, and baking soda.
- In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, oil, egg, honey and vanilla extract. Using a whisk, slowly blend the dry ingredients into the liquid until well mixed.
- Preheat waffle iron to medium-high. Lightly oil waffle iron, then pour portion of mixture into the iron, making sure to spread close to the sides. Cook the waffle until it almost stops steaming, up to 10 minutes, or until waffle iron signals the waffle is done. Repeat with remaining waffle batter.
