Beet Slaw
From our Twisted Beet menu, this recipe combines beets and apples for a fresh, crisp slaw.

peeled, cut in slices 1" x 1/8" x 1/8"

granny smith apples
peeled, cut in slices 1" x 1/8" x 1/8"

fennel
trimmed, cut into 1/8" wide strips
Instructions
Combine olive oil, honey, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
Combine beet, apple, fennel and olive oil mixture. Toss to coat.
Notes
Use a Mandoline for quick slicing.
