Ingredients
- 1 oz fresh zucchini squash trimmed, sliced lengthwise 1/4"
- 1 oz red onion trimmed and sliced 1/2"
- 3/4 oz fresh green pepper seeded, cut lengthwise into quarters
- 3/4 oz red pepper seeded, cut lengthwise into quarters
- 3/4 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning or other low sodium seasoning mix
- 1 pizza dough (individual portion, about 5 oz.) thawed if frozen according to package directions
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese part skim

Instructions
- Preheat char-grill to medium or flat-top griddle to 350 F.
- Combine all vegetables with olive oil and seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Grill vegetables until browned, 2 to 4 minutes on each side. Cool slightly. Chop vegetables into 1" pieces.
- Preheat convection oven to 450F (conventional oven to 500F).
- On pizza pan coated with cooking spray, place 1 dough. Gently stretch dough to 10" x 7" oval or circle as desired.
- Top dough with the sauce, cheese and vegetables.
- Bake until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly, about 10 to 12 minutes.

Get creative! Grill carrots, eggplant, or any other fresh vegetable that will hold up to a grill's heat. Recipe for 1 person makes about 1/2 cup of grilled vegetables.
