- 1 1/2 lb apples cored and diced 1/2"
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 oz dried cranberries
- 2 oz seedless raisins
- 1 1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- In stockpot over medium-high heat, bring apples, apple juice, orange juice, and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer until liquid is reduced by 1/2 and coats apples, 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and cool in the refrigerator.
