Garlic Shrimp & Zoodle Bowl
Sautéed shrimp with zoodles, grape tomatoes and spinach in garlic sauce

Grilled Shrimp
Combine shrimp, first amount of oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
In sauté pan, over medium-high heat, sauté shrimp until opaque in center, 6 to 8 minutes.
Set aside.
Zoodle Bowl
In sauté pan, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add the following:
garlic, zucchini noodles, grape tomatoes, and spinach.
Sauté until spinach is wilted and noodles are tender-crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.
Divide into bowls, add grilled shrimp, add broth.
