Homemade flax seed granola mixed with almonds, honey and oats

  • Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  • On parchment-lined sheet pan coated with cooking spray, spread flax seed mixture in a thin layer.
  • Bake until browned, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
  • Serve with low-fat milk or use as a topping for yogurt or oatmeal.
