granny smith apple
peeled, cored, diced

Instructions
Roasted Apples & Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients. Toss to coat.
On parchment-lined sheet pan coated with cooking spray, spread apples in single layer.
Bake until tender, 15 to 18 minutes. Cool.
Caramel Apple Pecan Parfait
For 1 serving, in parfait cup layer 2 1/2 Tbsp roasted apples, 2 1/2 Tbsp yogurt, 2 1/2 Tbsp roasted apples, 1 Tbsp caramel topping, 1 1/2 tsp pecans.
