trimmed
Instructions
Whisk oil, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Steam beans in a steamer pot or basket until tender-crisp, 5-6 minutes. Drain.
Combine beans and oil mixture. Toss to coat. Serve hot.
