Multi-Grain Waffles

These delectable multi-grain waffles from our partners at Bob's Red Mill are easy to make and incredibly delicious! Whole wheat flour, flaxseed meal, and corn flour provide taste, texture and nutrition.

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine flours and flaxseed meal. Mix in baking powder, sea salt, and baking soda.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, oil, egg, honey and vanilla extract. Using a whisk, slowly blend the dry ingredients into the liquid until well mixed.
  • Preheat waffle iron to medium-high. Lightly oil waffle iron, then pour portion of mixture into the iron, making sure to spread close to the sides. Cook the waffle until it almost stops steaming, up to 10 minutes, or until waffle iron signals the waffle is done. Repeat with remaining waffle batter.
