Preheat char-grill to medium or flat-top griddle to 350 F.
Combine all vegetables with olive oil and seasoning. Toss to coat.
Grill vegetables until browned, 2 to 4 minutes on each side. Cool slightly. Chop vegetables into 1" pieces.
Preheat convection oven to 450F (conventional oven to 500F).
On pizza pan coated with cooking spray, place 1 dough. Gently stretch dough to 10" x 7" oval or circle as desired.
Top dough with the sauce, cheese and vegetables.
Bake until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly, about 10 to 12 minutes.

Get creative! Grill carrots, eggplant, or any other fresh vegetable that will hold up to a grill's heat. Recipe for 1 person makes about 1/2 cup of grilled vegetables.
