Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Combine soy milk, chickpea flour, panko, garlic powder, salt and paprika. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Combined batter mixture and cauliflower. Place 1″ apart on parchment-lined sheet pan(s) sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake until the tops of cauliflower begin to brown and the cauliflower becomes tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
