Kale baked until crispy and tossed in salt
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat convection oven to 325F (conventional oven 350F).
  2. Combine kale and oil. Toss to coat.
  3. On sheet pan(s) coated with cooking spray, place kale mixture in single layer.
  4. Bake kale until crispy, about 5 minutes. Cool.
  5. Toss kale with salt to coat.
