Our partners at McCormick created this simple charred cauliflower complemented by the bright, herby flavor of their Middle Eastern Za'atar seasoning blend.
Set oven to 400°F. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil. Sprinkle with Za'atar and salt. Mix until seasoning is evenly distributed.
Spread in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet tray. Roast until florets are beginning to char. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Serve warm as desired.
