corn
if canned, choose low sodium and rinse kernals
sriracha

whole grain flatbread

Instructions
Preheat standard oven to 400 F.
Combine beans, onions and lime juice. Toss to mix
Combine cheese and taco seasoning. Toss to mix.
Combine red and green peppers. Toss to mix.
Combine corn and Sriracha (optional). Toss to mix
For each flatbread:
Layer mozzarella cheese and taco seasoning on each flatbread
In 2 inch strips place the following: Mixed peppers Bean and onions Corn
Bake until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly, about 10-12 minutes
