One-Pot Wonders
With tips from our chefs, cooking a delicious healthy meal can be easy! To make it even more convenient, and to cut down on the clean-up, our chefs love One-Pot Wonders—meals that only take a single pot (or pan!) to prepare. Give these a try—and make cooking and clean-up a breeze.
Chicken Tagine
This traditional Moroccan stew dates back several centuries, and was originally cooked in a two-piece earthenware clay pot known as a tagine. But don’t worry if you don’t have a real tagine in your kitchen. A classic stockpot will work just fine to sauté the chicken, veggies and spices all in the same place.
Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas
These chicken fajitas are a busy cook’s best friend! Just grab a baking sheet, six easy ingredients and you’re on your way to a satisfying meal from our partners at McCormick. Start by tossing the chicken and the vegetables in olive oil, spread evenly on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
Butternut, Black Bean & Quinoa Chili
This single-pot vegetarian recipe brings the heat in more ways than one this winter. Brought to simmer on a stovetop, this chili—with squash, black beans, spicy ground chipotle and whole grain quinoa—has vibrant flavor and pops of color to make a hearty, plant-forward meal.
