Ingredients

rolled oats

cooked white quinoa

dried apricots chopped

smooth peanut butter

dried cranberries

Instructions
Blend the oats in a food processor until smooth. Set aside in a large bowl.
Add to the food processor the cooked quinoa, dried apricots, dried cranberries, peanut butter, and water and blend until they form a paste.
Stir the paste into the oats and mix well until combined. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove the mixture from the fridge and shape into bite-sized balls. Store in the fridge until ready to eat and enjoy.
