Creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries—and a little freezer time—make the perfect popsicle!

  1. In a large bowl gently stir together yogurt and berries.
  2. Spoon into six 3- or 4-ounce ice-pop molds or paper cups.
  3. Cover molds or cups with foil, cut a small hole in the center of each and insert a halved pretzel rod or snack stick.
  4. Freeze until firm and enjoy up to a month.

Try a 1/2 pretzel stick instead of a popsicle stick for a fun twist.
