Recipe courtesy of Aramark Chef Toni Thomas. “Wojapi can be used as a sauce or jam. It’s delicious as a base ingredient as well. I add chipotle in adobo and use it as a BBQ sauce. It can also be used in addition to a reduced red wine sauce over meat.”
