Instructions
  1. Divide among 6 bowls: lettuce, spinach, Napa cabbage, quinoa, grapes, apples and cilantro.
  2. Drizzle each bowl with blueberry-balsamic vinaigrette.
  3. Top with diced avocado and chopped peanuts.
