Ingredients
Turkey Meatloaf
- 1/2cup frozen chopped spinachthawed and drained
- 1/4cup rolled oats
- 1/4cup liquid egg substituteOR two egg whites
- 1/4cup yellow onionsminced
- 1/4cup carrotspeeled and shredded
- 1/4cup fresh red pepperseeded and diced
- 1 ½teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- 3/4teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2teaspoon dried rubbed sage
- 1/4teaspoon ground black pepper
Tomato Ginger Chutney
- 1 ¼pound fresh tomatoescored and diced (about 2-3 medium tomatoes)
- 3/4cup fresh red pepperseeded and diced
- 3/4cup sugar
- 1/2cup cider vinegar
- 1/2cup red wine vinegar
- 2 ½tablespoons fresh gingerpeeled and grated
- 2 ¼teaspoons whole mustard seed
- 1teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2teaspoon crushed red pepperhot
- 1/8teaspoon ground cloves
