Instructions
  1. Divide the dough into 1 ½ oz pieces and set aside. You should get approximately 12 pieces. Take each piece of dough and roll it into a 4” to 5” stick.
  2. Shape dough into a knot.
  3. Take the tail of both ends of the knot and pinch them together. Then flip so pinched side is on the bottom.
  4. Brush all sides with pesto and cover with asiago cheese. Place on a well-greased sheet pan with a pan liner and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Allow to double in size in a warm spot of your kitchen (approximately 1-2 hours).
  6. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
