Combine all ingredients for marinade/dressing. Whisk until well blended.
Combine turkey and dressing. Turn to coat. Place turkey with marinade in covered nonreactive shallow pan or sealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight, turning twice while marinating.
Preheat oven to 325 F.
On rack in shallow roasting pan, place turkey skin side up.
Bake until internal temperature reaches 165 F, 1 ½ to 2 hours.
