
Raspberry Peach Smoothie
A delicious blend of raspberries, peaches, chia seeds, vanilla yogurt, and apple juice.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup diced peaches
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup apple juice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Optional: Freeze fruit before blending or add ice cubes.
