Instructions
  1. Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch-square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin, brown sugar, egg, egg white and oil in large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and salt. Beat on low speed until batter is smooth. Stir in Semi-Sweet Morsels.
  4. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares.
