In stockpot over medium-high heat, bring water and sugar to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool.
Citrus Water
Squeeze fresh lemon, lime and orange into water. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
For one serving: In a stainless steel mixing cup, add 1/4 cup peach puree, 1 Tbsp simple syrup, and 1 cup citrus water. Mix well and pour over ice in cup.
